What keeps me Focusing is its ability to allow me to drop deeper and deeper into my own experience. In this session, we will spend time deeply receiving good feelings in our bodies. As always, I like to begin with allowing ourselves to settle down into the body. Sensing into good feeling – even a tiny bit of it – at the beginning of a session allows the Focuser to start from a resourced place. Spending time at the end of a session sensing into a shift or a new sense of fresh air helps the Focuser deeply receive what’s occurred. And what I love most of all is continual deepening into good feeling for a whole session. Prompts that can help us notice and help us stay with the good feelings will be provided for anyone who may find them helpful.
