WholeBody Focusing draws on deep spontaneous bodily experiencing of the felt sense as an anchor and a guide for our unfolding process. Grounded Presence is our foundation and container. In this gathering, we will deepen our attuning to Grounded Presence through some fresh ways of connecting with the earth, and particularly with the breath, finding the pause in the breath itself. We will as always, connect to a spaciousness within ourselves and simultaneously into the space beyond.
From this grounded spaciousness we will discover directly what wants our attention, opening to the paradox and alchemy of holding both, discovering what wants to naturally move forward in this particular moment.
In our small groups we can be present with each other for what has come and what is alive for us as we connect with each other.
