Stretch your body this winter with slow and gentle movements from yoga practice.December 31, 2021 6:00 pm
Let’s stretch those stiff places that need extra movement and care this season. We will take it slowly with deep breathing into our neck, shoulders, hips and other joints. Drawing on yoga practice, we will gently invite some deeper stretching, starting with floor work and making our way to standing positions. We will add some lymph massage to encourage circulation and cleansing of stuck energy.
