Just as organizations and businesses create mission statements that encapsule their corporate goals and values and serve as a kind of one sentence guideline for employees and management, so can we draw on our body’s wisdom to create our own personal mission statements that can guide our decisions when we come to personal crossroads.
Please come prepared to do some writing, with pen and paper or computer.
