We continue practicing Mindfulness as a small group.
This month we continue exploring how Mindfulness and Focusing can strengthen our capacity to listen and connect to ourselves and to each other. We will also bring awareness into how we relate to our current life circumstances. This course is for anyone interested in practicing Focusing and Mindfulness with or without previous experience.
This is the first module in the series of four. The other dates are May 13th, 20th and 27th.
We suggest a $60 donation to cover the four modules, and you are welcome to offer more or less as you are able.
