We continue practicing Mindfulness as a small group.
This month the emphasis will be on exploring how Mindfulness and Focusing together can strengthen our capacity to listen to ourselves and to each other.
This course is for anyone interested in deepening their listening skills with or without previous Mindfulness or Focusing experience.
This is the last of four modules.
We suggest a $60 donation to cover the four modules, and you are welcome to offer more or less as you are able.
