We continue practicing Mindfulness as a small group.
This month the emphasis will be on exploring how Mindfulness and Focusing together can strengthen our capacity to listen to ourselves and to each other. This course is for anyone interested in practicing Focusing and Mindfulness with or without previous experience.
This is the second module in the series of four. The other dates are April 22nd and 29th.
We suggest a $60 donation to cover the four modules, and you are welcome to offer more or less as you are able.
