LISTENING WITH THE WHOLE BODY:
“In ordinary language, listening means hearing something with our ears . . . In Wholebody Focusing (WBF), listening is hearing and resonating with a much larger experience of the “whole body.” We will practice establishing “grounded presence,” and experience (reflect) on its impact on both Focuser and Listener in the partnership.
