This class is guided by the basic intention to stretch, open and release our joints and muscles. With a few guiding movements from qi gong and yoga, we will listen to what our body needs and take some moments to practice our own discovery. Embracing the human tendency to learn through mimicry, you may be invited to share your beneficial stretches with others.

Some of our guiding principles:

  • Stretching & opening joints and muscles – hips, legs, shoulders, back, neck
  • Posture and alignment
  • Stability & Balance
  • Releasing through tapping
A yoga mat and thin pillow may be helpful to have on hand.
