As Focusing practitioners we know how descriptions of experience resonate in our bodies. We also know how life affirming it feels in our bodies when we find a more precise way to name our felt sense.
Here we explore how our bodies respond to commonly used meditation instructions and learn to customize them to find the perfect fit for what we need this moment.
We will use RAIN (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nuture) meditation which I learned first from Tara Brach . Tara acknowledges Focusing and Gene when teaching RAIN.
