In this 4-Part Webinar series we focus on wellbeing. This means that we can learn ways to bring the whole brain online. We use the work of Iain McGilchrist (and others) on how our cultural mode of not being embodied is creating so many of our current problems. It is by adopting an embodied-thinking approach that we have the potential to change – as Gandhi said “to be the change we want to see.”
Join us as we explore a myriad of ways that this can be achieved. In this series of webinars is a structure to start conversations and experiences on how one can cultivate one’s inner landscape by creating a safe place within in which to find rest. Using models developed in neuroscience and philosophy, including the process model, we can get beyond “the ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,” which can create stress in us. We will share ways to be creative and to move in the world freshly, with kindness and joy.
