Qi gong is an ancient Chinese practice of flowing movements for restoring balance to the body and clarity in the mind. Loosening stuck energy, we help it flow again. This is an invitation to experience harmony with the elements in nature and to restore correct posture and rhythm. No experience in required; comfortable, relatively loose clothing is recommended.
