Module 1: Learn and practice basic mindfulness tools in a small groupJanuary 07, 2021 7:00 pm
We learn and practice basic mindfulness tools in a small group (12 of or fewer) We will use Focusing to choose and customize the practices that have the most resonance for us right now. The emphasis will be on being present in our bodies. Previous experience with meditation and Focusing is welcome but not required to take this course.
This is the first of the three modules. The others are on January 14th and January 21st.
We suggest a $45 donation to cover the three modules, and you are welcome to offer more or less as you are able.
