Back to Basics: Grounding Presence as a Resource for difficult times

In each of us lies a place of Peace and Wisdom. Embodied Grounded Presence is a powerful way to reach that place.
First, we will experience a guided Meditation to help us reach Grounded Presence. Then we’ll go deeper sharing how we are embodying it in a partnership. But before our partnership, at the end of the intunement, I’d like to give a gentle suggestion to each of us. After many weeks, or even months, of lockdown, something has obviously changed inside us and in the world outside. Can we open up and welcome the new in our lives now ? Can we explore it in the safe container of our partnership?
In the “we space” our mutual resources can meet and give strength and support to both of us. Something new and larger can show itself and guide us through these difficult times.
