In response to a question from a Focusing colleague, each class is interactive, beautifully so. We begin with some movement exploration, circular movements, ‘heart circles’, edges and orientation in space, sensing our balance. Very soon each person senses into where her or his body settles, what is needed, how an optimal pattern develops, and how to gracefully side step most interferences of any sort. Feldenkrais practice refines our self image, how we observe ourselves, our abilities and limitations. Very small light adjustments in moving and thinking bring us more mobility and stability.
